How to bake fish in the oven under mayonnaise: Wash the potatoes, pour cold water, bring to a boil. Boil until tender in a uniform over a low heat under a lid (about 20 minutes). Remove the potatoes, cool.
Peel the potatoes, cut into circles.
Turn on the oven. Peel, wash, grind the onions.
Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Put the onions in the hot oil. Lightly fry the onions over medium heat, stirring (1-2 minutes).
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
