Cod roll

Soak the bun in milk and squeeze. Finely chop and fry the onions. Pass cod fillet, bun and onion twice through a meat grinder. Add egg, semolina, 3-4 spoons of milk or water, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Put the minced meat on a wet wipe, give it the shape of a roll. Remove from the napkin, run in crumbs, put on a baking sheet greased with fat, and put in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes, often pouring the formed sauce on top. Add water as the liquid evaporates. When the roll is ready, put it on a long dish and pour lightly salted sour cream. Cut obliquely into 1cm thick slices and pour over the sauce in which the roll was fried. Garnish with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Garnish - potatoes or salad made of raw vegetables.
