Haddock baked on the sea

Cut the fish into fillet without skin, cut into small pieces. Beat the egg, mix with lemon juice, salt. Dip the fish in this mixture, put on a pan well greased with fat, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cover with tomato wedges, salt, pepper, sprinkle with a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms and grated cheese. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until fully cooked. Sprinkle with parsley greens before serving.
