Halibut baked with potatoes and onions
3 servings
Remove dark skin from the halibut. Cut the fish into pieces, put in a fat-greased frying pan, add the fried onion, cut into half rings, and a layer of slices of boiled potatoes. All this is poured with liquid white fish or meat sauce, sprinkle with ground crumbs, pour oil and bake in the oven. After forming a ruddy crust, put the pan with fish on an open fire and, when the sauce boils, sprinkle with parsley greens.
