Sturgeon fish baked with side dish

Cut the prepared fish into portions, fry, roll in flour. Grind onions and fry lightly in oil. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cut them into circles. Oil a large and deep enough frying pan well. Pour half a portion of sour cream filled with flour into the bottom, put a layer of fried fish, sprinkle with fried onions, place circles of cool eggs, cover with fried potatoes on top. Pour over the rest of the sour cream, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. Serve in a frying pan. A green salad can be served on the side dish.
