Green-roasted capelin

Finely chop the cabbage, put in a saucepan, add salt, vinegar. Heat, stirring continuously. Put boiled rice, warmed cabbage, toasted onions, processed capelin in a portion pan, sprinkle with salt, pour sour cream sauce, pour oil and bake. Sprinkle with parsley greens when serving.
