Baked sprat

Put the sprat in a pan greased with oil. On top polo­zhit a mass made from grated garlic, bread, chopped parsley and seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour oil and vinegar. Put in the oven and simmer until a ruddy crust forms. The table can be served both hot and cold.

sprats - 1 kg, vegetable oil - 0.5 cups, garlic - 3-4 wedges, parsley greens - 1 teaspoon, white bread - 3 tbsp. spoons, vinegar - 2 teaspoons, pepper to taste, salt to taste
