Dry the sprat with a napkin. Oil the pan, lay the sprat in rows, covering each row with slices of lemon, rastertym garlic, parsley and grated bread. Salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil and put in the oven. Bake until a ruddy crust is formed. Serve hot.

sprats - 1 kg, vegetable oil - 0.5 cups, garlic - 3-4 wedges, parsley greens - 2 tsp, white bread - 3 tbsp. spoons, lemon - 1 pc., pepper to taste, salt to taste
