Sicilian sprat

Dry the sprat with a napkin. Oil the pan, lay the sprat in rows, covering each row with slices of lemon, raster­tym garlic, parsley and grated bread. Salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil and put in the oven. Bake until a ruddy crust is formed. Serve hot.

sprats - 1 kg, vegetable oil - 0.5 cups, garlic - 3-4 wedges, parsley greens - 2 tsp, white bread - 3 tbsp. spoons, lemon - 1 pc., pepper to taste, salt to taste
