Potatoes baked with cod and onions

lightly fry the onion, peeled, washed and thinly sliced, in an oil pan. put prepared and salted pieces of fish in the same pan, cover them with slices of tomatoes, pour 3-4 tablespoons of water, sprinkle salt and parsley on the tomatoes and put circles of fried potatoes around the fish. top with oil, cover the pan with a lid and put in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes. when served, sprinkle finely chopped parsley greens and pour vinegar over the table.

potatoes - 800 g, cod - 500 g, tomatoes - 300 g, butter - 4 tbsp. spoons, vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste
