Boiled terpug under polish sauce

Cut the carcasses of the terpuga into 2- 3 parts, put in one row in a saucepan and pour water 2- 3 cm above the level of the fish. Add onion, parsley or celery, pepper, bay leaf, salt. Bring to a boil and cook over a low heat for another 15 - 20 minutes. Put the fish on plates, decorate with herbs. Serve to a hundred with boiled potatoes and Polish sauce.
