Pike boiled with raisins and lemon

Cut the prepared pike into pieces, salt and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Pour the chilled fish with white grape wine and vinegar, add carrots, washed raisins, onions, lemon circles, bay leaves, parsley. Pour so much water that it only covers the fish, cook on low heat. Put the ready-made pike on a dish along with raisins and lemon, boil the broth from the fish until thickened, then pour the fish with it.
