Boiled flounder

Put the prepared flounder in enameled or kera­micheskuyu dishes, add onions, celery, carrots, milk, lavro­vyy leaf and salt, pour cold water so that all fish are covered with liquid, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Side with boiled potatoes. Top with finely cut parsley greens. Serve the Dutch sauce separately.
