Ronco braised with vegetable side dish

Cut the prepared fish carcasses into pieces, batch in flour and fry until ready. Lightly fry the peeled and chopped carrots, onions, parsley and celery, add tomato paste, bay leaf, pepper, salt and mix. Put the fish in a dish along with vegetables, pour in some water and simmer on low heat until tender. Serve with boiled potatoes and garnish with parsley greens.
