Fish in sour cream

Cut the prepared fish into small pieces, salt, pepper, batch in flour and fry on both sides until a ruddy crust forms. Cut the onions into rings or half rings and fry until tender. Put fried fish on a margarine-greased pan, fry onions on top, pour sour cream and bake in the oven. Serve fish and chips, fresh cabbage salad, fresh vegetables.
