Braised fish and potatoes

Cut the hake fillet, scad or pollock into pieces of onion and fry the celery in melted butter in a deep pan. Transfer the potatoes, chopped mee cubes, carrots, salt, pepper, pour in the water and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes. After that, put the fish and simmer for another 10 minutes. Pour in the milk and keep on a low heat until fully cooked.
