Tuna braised in marinade

Combine the vegetable oil with vinegar, two spoons of onion crushed with parsley and season with ground pepper. Put the peeled and prepared fish in the prepared marinade for 1 hour (periodically watering it with marinade). Then, together with the marinade, transfer the fish to a pan, add salt and put in the oven, occasionally watering with sauce. An hour later, put the fish on a dish and serve with the sauce in which it was stewed.
