Cod stewed with tomatoes

Cut the cod into fillet, cut into 3cm-wide pieces, salt, batch in flour and fry on both sides. Peel the onions, cut into circles, fry until golden. Put the onions in a saucepan, add the sliced tomatoes, mustard, fish and pour over a glass of water. Simmer on low heat for 15 - 20 minutes, then put in a closed dish in a warm place. Wipe the sauce in which the fish was stewed, season with flour and boil. Salt, pepper, pour sour cream. Put the fish on a dish and pour over the sauce. Garnish with sprigs of parsley. Serve with potatoes and a salad of raw vegetables.
