Cod braised with vegetables

Cut the cod into fillet and cut into portions. Peel the vegetables, cut, fold into a saucepan with the heated fat, pour in the 2 - 3 spoons of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Salt the fish, put on vegetables, season with salt, pepper, white sauce and simmer, stirring periodically. Pour the fish with sauce with vegetables. Serve hot to the table.
