Cod braised with horseradish (1st option)

Cut the fish along the back, divide into pieces, salt, batch in flour and fry on both sides in a highly heated pan. Fold into a saucepan, pour 1/2 glasses of water and simmer over low heat for 20 - 25 minutes. 5 - 10 minutes before the end of the simmer, add the horseradish grated on a fine grater, sour cream, season with salt, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar and simmer until tender.
