Cut the fish carcass into fillet and cut into pieces askance. Rinse well and dry. Grease the dishes with a thick bottom with margarine or oil, put layers of fish, pepper and chopped parsley. Prepare seasoning from flour and water, salt and pour fish. Bring to a boil and cook over a low heat until the fish are ready, and until the sauce thickens. Add salt to the table before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
