Fish braised in tomato juice
Fold pieces of fish and unpeeled onion in husks into a saucepan. Pour tomato juice, add spices, salt, chopped greens of parsley, dill and celery. If desired, you can add sugar. Simmer the fish over low heat until the liquid has almost boiled. Serve with mashed potatoes.
sea fish - 1 kg, onions - 1 pc., tomato juice - 2.5 cups, allspice - 1 tsp, bay leaf - 3 pcs., dill greens - 1 bunch, celery greens - 1 bunch, parsley greens - 1 bunch, sugar (optional) 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste
