Fish braised with tomatoes and sweet peppers

cut the fish processed and cut into fillet (with skin and without bones) into pieces and put in a sauté pan. top the fish with slices of smoked lard and circles of tomatoes, add chopped roots and sweet pepper pods, sautéed onions. fill everything with tomato sauce and simmer until ready.
