Haddock braised with vegetables

Cut the fish into fillet and cut into pieces. Chop the peeled and washed vegetables, fold into a saucepan, pour a little water, salt and put on fire. When the vegetables are almost ready, put prepared fish on them and cook until cooked. Then add the tomato sauce and grated cheese. Sprinkle with parsley greens or dill before serving.

haddock - 600 g, cauliflower - 1 head, onions - 2 pcs., potatoes - 5 pcs., carrots - 2 pcs., cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons, tomato sauce - 0.5 cups, salt to taste
