Burbot stewed with tomatoes

Plan the prepared fish pieces in flour with salt, fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Fry the chopped red tomatoes and onions, add finely chopped parsley and dill greens. Put a layer of vegetables, a layer of fish and a layer of vegetables in the pan again. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Side with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
