Merow braised in sour cream

Cut the fish into fillet, cut into pieces, salt and po­sypat with pepper. Fry the potatoes, mix with fish, pour mas­lom, sour cream and simmer until tender in closed dishes. Sprinkle with parsley greens before serving.

Merow - 500 g, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, sour cream - 1 cup, potatoes - 650 g, pepper to taste, salt to taste
