Cut the prepared carcass of crucian carp in half and fold into dishes, add carrots and onions, spices, salt, hot water, peeled and sliced into slices and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Then pour in the hot cream and simmer until tender. Put the fish with vegetables and sauce on a dish. Side with boiled potatoes or cauliflower.
