Flounder braised with onions and sweet peppers

Remove the skin from the flounder. Cut the fish into pieces, salt, po­perchit. Roll the fish in flour and fry in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, over high heat, a few minutes. Transfer to a plate. Cut the onions into straws and fry. Add the sweet pepper, cut into straws. Fry vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Put the onion and pepper and chopped tomatoes in a saute pan or deep frying pan. Pour in fish broth or water, bring to a boil. Put the fish on the vegetables, add the garlic, ground with salt. Simmer the flounder with the vegetables over a low heat for 25-30 minutes.

flounder - 1 kg, sweet pepper - 4 pcs., tomatoes - 3 pcs., bulb onions - 2 pcs., garlic - 4 cloves, fish broth - 2 cups, or water - 2 cups, vegetable oil - 0.25 cups, wheat flour - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste, black ground pepper to taste
