Braised flounder

Cut the vegetables into straws or circles, pour hot water and cook until half cooked. Cut the flounder fillet (without skin) into pieces, salt, sprinkle with flour and fry on both sides. Put the fish on the vegetables, cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Add water as it evaporates. Put the finished fish on a dish, pour over the sauce with vegetables, sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top. Garnish - potatoes or noodles.
