Hungarian fish
Pour lemon juice and soy sauce over the fish fillet, roll in flour and fry. Peel the carrots, onions, sweet peppers and celery, finely chop and sauté, then add the finely chopped apple, curry, wine and bring to readiness. Put the fish on a serving dish, coat with vegetables and sprinkle with coconut chips.
