Clean the fish carcasses, make oblique cuts on the sides, fold into an oiled sauté pan, and put 2 slices of lemon on each carcass. Spread roughly chopped onions, potatoes near the carcasses, and sprinkle everything with finely chopped mushrooms on top. Salt, pepper, pour oil, water and bake in the oven. When serving, pour the dish over the sauce formed in the saucepan.
