Baked fish with horseradish
Peel, gut, rinse and dry the fish. Grease the pan with oil. Drizzle the fish with vinegar, salt, place in a frying pan, pour over the melted butter and bake in the preheated oven over a medium heat for about 40 minutes. Mix sour cream with grated horseradish, salt, add some sugar, pour over the finished fish and bake for a few more minutes. Serve in a frying pan with potatoes.
