Cut mackerel fillet into pieces, dip in an egg beaten with water, and plan in crushed crumbs (pre-mix them with a little flour and salt). Fry in vegetable oil until golden and put on a dish. Pour milk, tomato sauce into the pan, put capers. Bring to a boil. Pour the fish over the cooked sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped lemon. Serve with green salad.
