Fried breaded mackerel

Cut mackerel fillet into pieces, dip in an egg beaten with water, and plan in crushed crumbs (pre-mix them with a little flour and salt). Fry in vegetable oil until golden and put on a dish. Pour milk, tomato sauce into the pan, put capers. Bring to a boil. Pour the fish over the cooked sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped lemon. Serve with green salad.

mackerel - 1 kg, eggs - 3 pcs., ground crumbs - 150 g, wheat flour - 3 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil - 120 g, milk - 0.5 l, capers - 3 tbsp. spoons, tomato sauce - 5 tbsp. spoons, lemon - 1 pc., salt to taste
