Fish fried under sauce

Salt and pepper the cleaned and washed fish, fry in oil. Thin the nuts and garlic (1 head) in a wooden mortar, adding some salt. Combine with rustic milk (sour cream) and 2 tbsp. spoons of oil in which the fish was fried, stir. Pour the sauce over the fish.
