Sea bass fried in dough

Cut the rockfish fillet into bars, dry with a napkin and put in a dish with vegetable oil. Add lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, crushed parsley greens and put in a cold place for 15-25 minutes. Prepare the batter. To do this, pour cold water or milk, vegetable oil into the dishes, pour wheat flour, salt and mix, then add whipped egg whites. Dip the fish bars in the dough and deep-fry for 5-7 minutes, then remove them with a spoon and put on a sieve. Lay the fish on the dish, arrange slices of lemon, fried potatoes on the side, decorate with sprigs of greens. Separately, serve hot tomato sauce or mayonnaise with gherkins.
