Macrorus fried with fresh mushrooms

What kind of fish is macrorus, and what can you make from it? Macrorus is a marine white fish of the order cod-shaped. Macrorus dishes are varied, this fish is suitable for all the usual ways of cooking white fish. We offer to cook fried macroros with mushrooms.

macro (fillet) 500 g, fresh white mushrooms - 150 g, or fresh champignons - 150 g, melted butter - 50 g, flour - 1.5 tbsp. spoons, pepper to taste, salt to taste

Cut the macro into fillet with skin, cut into portions, salt, pepper and batch in flour. Heat the pan with melted butter, put the fish on top of it and fry on both sides until crispy, ruddy crust forms. Cut the prepared mushrooms into thin slices and fry in oil. After 10 minutes, pour 2 tbsp. spoons of water, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, bring the mushrooms to readiness, and then salt. Put the macro on the dish, put the mushrooms on top of each piece. Side the macroros with the chips with the green salad or fresh cucumbers.
