You can make fish bugs from several types of fish, or you can use one species.

Cut the hake fillet, cod or bass into 30-40g pieces, salt, pepper. Bake in flour, put on a pan heated with fat and fry until ready. Add the onion cut into rings, fry a little. Then - boiled potatoes cut into wedges. Roast it all together. At the end of cooking, add sour cream, gently mix and fry the bedbugs for another five minutes. Sprinkle abundant fish bugs with herbs, chopped fried mushrooms (optional). Serve the bugs right in the pan, with fresh vegetables.
