Clean the carp, wash, cut off the heads and tails, salt. Plan sequentially in flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs. Press the breading with your hands. Deep-fry for 4-6 minutes. Put ready-made crucians on a platter, decorate with herbs, grated horseradish or slices of lemon. Serve the potatoes and raw vegetable salad separately.
