Flounder breaded fried

Separate the fillet, remove the skin, cut the flounder into portions, salt, plan in flour, eggs and crumbs. Fry on both sto­ron until golden, and then put in the oven and bring to readiness. Serve with potatoes and a salad of raw vegetables.
