Flounder fried with parsley

Remove the skin from the flounder, cut off the fins and end of the tail with scissors, cut out the ridge bone, dry the fish, salt, poper­chit. Fry for 15-20 minutes, oiling. When the fish is ready, add finely chopped parsley. Place on a dish, garnish with slices of lemon and serve hot.
