Prepared hake fillet is beaten, sprinkled with salt, pepper and grated with crushed garlic. Butter, grated cheese are placed on the fillet and rolled up. It is wetted in beaten egg and breaded in ground crumbs. Deep-fried. Served with chips, fresh greens and vegetables.
