Trout fried in english
Cut the peeled trout along the back, remove large bones. Salt, pour olive oil, put on the cold for 1-3 hours. Soak some straw in olive oil, lay out a grill with it. Put the fish on the straw, fry on charcoal from 2 sides to a ruddy crust. Peel from straw, put on a dish, pour over the sauce with capers.
trout - 1.2 kg, olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, white sauce to taste, capers to taste
