Butterfish fried

Cut the prepared fish into pieces (can be whole), salt, pepper, bake in flour and fry on both sides. Before serving, pour over melted butter, garnish with herbs. Combined side dish (green peas, fried kar­tofel, boiled carrots and beets, pickled fruits).

butterfish - 1 kg, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, butter - 2 tsp, wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, pepper to taste, salt to taste
