Azerbaijani stuffed fish
Clean the fish, gut, salt. Peel the onions, finely grind and fry lightly in vegetable oil. Mix the ground nuts, raisins, fried onions, lemon juice, mix until homogeneous and stuff the fish with this filling. Tie the carcass with thread and fry in the oven in vegetable oil.
sea fish - 500 g, walnut - 125 g, raisins - 25 g, onions - 75 g, vegetable oil - 25 g, lemon juice - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste
