Pass the prepared dichia fillet through a meat grinder. Add pepper, salt, white bread, grated over a coarse grater, onions, raw yolks and whipped protein. Place the mince on a wet wipe, giving it the shape of a roll. Remove the napkin, put the roll on a baking sheet greased with fat, sprinkle with crumbs, pour oil and bake in the oven. Side with mashed potatoes.
