Halibut in cheese souffle

Cut the prepared halibut fillet into pieces, roll up with pipes, tie with threads and fry in butter until half cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fold into a saucepan pre-oiled. Mix the grated cheese with raw yolks until smooth, then, gently stirring, introduce whipped egg whites into it. Pour the fish with the obtained mixture. Put the pan in the heated oven for 12 - 15 minutes. The ready-made soufflé should be lush, with a ruddy upper crust.
