Amateur (potted) capelin

Delicious and economical hot fish dish. Potted capelin is baked with hake fillet and smoked brisket.

capelin - 700 g, hake (fillet) 200 g, onion - 15 g, parsley root - 1 pc., smoked brisket - 130 g, lecho (canned food) - 100 g

How to make pot capelin: Let the capelin along with the hake fillet in a small amount of liquid (in a tightly closed dish for 10 - 15 minutes), adding onions, parsley root, salt, spices. Put the puffed fish, brisket, cut into bars, lecho, pour tomato sauce into the pot, cover and bake the pot wash in the roasting cupboard. Serve baked potted capelin.
