Cut the fish into fillet and pass through a meat grinder. Add butter, egg, milk to the minced meat. Season with salt and ground pepper, mix well, form sausages (2 pieces per serving), roll in flour and fry. Pour butter over the table before serving. Side with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, a salad of fresh or salted vegetables.
