Salt the fish and stuff with lard. Grease the pan with a thick bottom with oil, put the potatoes cut into slices, and sver­khu the fish, cover with slices of sweet pepper, fresh tomatoes, pour sour cream and melted butter. Bake in du­khovke and hot to the table.

mullet - 1 kg, potatoes - 6 pcs., lard - 50 g, sweet pepper - 3 pcs., tomatoes - 4 pcs., sour cream - 0.5 cups, butter - 5 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste
