Potatoes stuffed with lichia

Cut the tops from the peeled potatoes. Remove the middle of the tubers, fill with prepared fish mince and close the srezannymi with tops. Fold into dishes, add a little fish broth or water, sour cream and bake in the oven. To make minced meat, pass the dichia fillet through a meat grinder, add finely chopped fried onions, peppers, salt and mix.
