Potatoes stuffed with lichia

Cut the tops from the peeled potatoes. Remove the middle of the tubers, fill with prepared fish mince and close the sre­zannymi with tops. Fold into dishes, add a little fish broth or water, sour cream and bake in the oven. To make minced meat, pass the dichia fillet through a meat grinder, add finely chopped fried onions, peppers, salt and mix.
