peel the flounder, remove the skin, cut into 3 cm cubes and roll in flour. beat the eggs, cut the onions into strips, finely chop the cilantro. heat pork fat in a wok or deep pan, dip fish cubes and fry in heated fat until golden. finely chop the meat, grind the ginger. in another pan, heat sesame oil, fry meat, onions, ginger, add broth, rice wine, salt and bring to a boil. put the fried fish and simmer under the lid over a low heat for 10 minutes. at the end, pour in the wine vinegar and drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, sprinkle the ready dish with crushed cilantro.
